Original Movie Prop - Stargate SG-1 - Stunt Zat'nik'tel "Zat Gun" . This is a stunt zat gun from the popular science fiction show Stargate SG-1. Most of this show takes place in alternate universes, so naturally, they have alternate weaponry. The zat'nik'tel, or zat gun, is a weapon seen throughout the series. It is Z-shaped and springs forward like a snake when fired. This gun is made of foam filled rubber and features detailed markings that make it look unlike anything seen in this universe. This soft stunt style weapon was used for the actors safety during high actions scenes, particularly if someone was physically hit with the gun. Due to production use this item displays areas of wear, especially around its seam, but overall remains in good condition. Measures approximately 9" x 6" (23cm x 15cm.)
