The Harmony futon mattress is made with 100% certified organic cotton and 4 inches of convoluted eco-friendly bio-based soybean foam. This futon is rated Medium Firm. The Harmony organic futon mattress is made with USDA certified organic cotton layered with 4 inches of bio-flex soy foam as its core. There are enough chemicals in the world today, but this futon clearly eliminates as much petro chemicals as possible without changing the integrity of support and long life of this organic futon mattress. This eco-friendly foam has a medium density and great support factors, enhanced "hand" and tactile properties, Excellent Tear/Tensile strength plus Supreme cell integrity for longer life. The staple cotton topper gives this futon mattress a very comfortable surface.
